To be fair, everyone’s body reacts differently, but after using this for two months, I didn’t lose any weight. I was hoping to see at least some progress, so it was disappointing for me.

It works fine overall, but for the price I was expecting a little more. I also kind of felt ignored when I had questions, which made the whole experience feel less worth it.

I came across Healthy PCOS while trying to figure out what was going on with my hormones without spiraling into a million scary medical articles. It felt easy to understand, which I appreciated, although part of me also wished a few topics went a little deeper.

The advice felt realistic for everyday life, especially around food, stress, and tracking my cycle. I liked that it didn’t feel overly clinical, but at the same time, I’m someone who sometimes wants the science too, so I was weirdly happy and slightly impatient with it at the same time.

I’ve been trying a few of the tips and I do feel a bit more balanced and less all over the place. It’s definitely not some miracle fix, and I wouldn’t say everything changed overnight, but it’s been genuinely helpful for feeling more in tune with my body

I started taking Healthy PCOS because I was really hoping it might help with my hair shedding and maybe even encourage some new growth. I gave it a few weeks and kept checking to see if anything was different, but i didn’t notice much. Some days it seemed like my hair fall slowed down a little, but then it would pick back up again. I also haven’t seen any real new growth so far. The website was easy enough to use, but the results just weren’t really there for me.

That said, they were friendly and helpful once they replied, and they did answer my question, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I just think a quicker response would make things feel smoother, especially when you’re waiting for an update on an order.

Signing up was simple, and the info you get is decent enough. I can see it working for some customers depending on what they need. My main issue was canceling, it took longer than I expected and felt more annoying than it should have. Support did get back to me eventually, so it wasn’t a total nightmare, just a bit frustrating

From what I saw, the fertility and ovulation support info seems easy to understand, and I can see it being helpful as a general starting point. That said, in my opinion, the results would probably vary a lot from person to person. I also felt like some sections could have done a better job explaining dosage and timing. Overall, it seems okay, but for me personally, it didn’t have quite enough detail to fully trust it...
